• Private Parking: It is accessed through an independent electric gate, with a large internal square that comfortably accommodates 2 cars.

The 150 sqm apartment, located on the ground floor, is characterized by a warm rustic style, large and convivial spaces.

• Natural Freshness and Comfort: The apartment has an exceptional microclimate. Being partially against the ground and perfectly insulated, the rooms naturally remain very cool even on the hottest summer days. There is no need for air conditioning: here you can sleep divinely.

• Connectivity: There is Wi-Fi in the living room and bedrooms.

• Living Area: A huge open-space lounge welcomes you with a comfortable corner sofa, 40" Smart TV and a large solid wood dining table for 10 people. The atmosphere is made unique by a romantic fireplace and a traditional wood oven, perfect for organizing a fun pizza evening!

• The Kitchen: A large wooden kitchenette, fully equipped with everything you need, including a dishwasher to ensure maximum relaxation.

• The Bedrooms: The sleeping area can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people. You will find a spacious master double bedroom and a second large family room equipped with a double bed and a comfortable bunk bed.

• The Bathroom: A complete, well-kept and functional bathroom, equipped with toilet, bidet and a very large shower.

Access for Guests

Guests will have total and independent access to the entire apartment and the entire outdoor park, including the large panoramic pool, which is for your exclusive use. The property is part of a large 4-storey villa, but your privacy is absolute. The independent entrance opens onto a laundry room, which is the only room shared with the owner. Everything else is your private kingdom.

We are in Mondavio, recognized as one of the “most beautiful villages in Italy”. Staying here you will be immersed in the tranquility of the Marche countryside, with its colors and scents, but a few steps from history, culture and excellent local food and wine. The beautiful beaches of the Adriatic coast can also be reached with a short and pleasant drive.
